Most companies have a values document buried somewhere on an intranet page. Almost none of them have one anyone reads twice. The Workrise Culture Field Guide was built to fix that.
Developed as part of a broader initiative using employee survey data to strengthen and define internal culture, the guide was delivered to every Workrise employee in both printed and digital formats. A genuine reference for what the company believes, why it believes it, and how those values actually play out in the real world, not just on a poster.
It also served as a vehicle to introduce the new Workrise brand system, which meant every page spread was an opportunity to stretch the brand into a format it hadn't lived in before. This is the kind of thing that earns a spot on the shelf instead of a trip to the recycling bin.
