Indeed has a long hallway in its downtown HQ's Idea Center that C-suite visitors walk through every time they come in for a meeting. Real estate, captive audience, doing absolutely nothing. So we fixed it.
Inspired by modern informational museum exhibitions, we redesigned the space into an educational, immersive brand experience. Real-world hiring data, employer testimonials, and partner case studies translated into environmental graphics that give visiting executives something worth stopping for. The design had to both work at a glance and reward the people who looked closer. It had to feel like Indeed, confident and data-driven but still human, without feeling like a trade show booth someone forgot to take down.
The result was a corridor that now does actual strategic work every time someone walks through it. Which, given that it used to just be a hallway, feels like a pretty good ROI.
