GLM 2025 was Indeed's annual Global Leadership Meeting, a three-day gathering of 800 leaders from across the company built around sharing wins, aligning on strategy, and figuring out how to work better together at scale. The event theme was "Ignite the Future. Be the Spark." which is either an incredible brief or a terrifying one depending on how you look at it. I chose incredible.
As lead brand designer, I developed a full visual identity that took the energy and momentum of that theme seriously, then designed everything to match. Logo, keynote presentation templates, directional signage, swag, promotional materials, and every piece of environmental graphic design throughout the hotel venue. The design system I built for GLM 2025 also had to be good enough to build on the following year, which it was. A scalable visual identity that flexed across dozens of deliverable types without losing coherence. Every element was connected and considered. None of it was an afterthought. You can probably tell.
